Please treat your decision to purchase as a final sale. Any requests for a return will be granted solely at our discretion and only for extenuating circumstances. Buyers must contact us within three (3) days after the date of delivery for a return authorization. If granted, the return must be shipped fully insured with return postage paid by the buyer. If granted, the original purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee, will be refunded. A refund will be issued ONLY if the watch arrives in the same condition, and with all accessories, as initially shipped. Refunds cannot be provided for watches returned without prior authorization.
